  • Is the Pro mat slippy?
    Pro Mats are non-slip! Pro mats offer superior grip in every enviroment. Easy on your knees and elbows while you practice... A 4.5mm thickness gives great support for your body. The mat is wider and longer than standard mats as we believe it's important to have even more space to grow!
  • Is Studio mat slippy?
    Studio mat has a soft top layer made of a microfiber material which works according to moisture – the sweatier you get, the more grip you’ll have. These mats can be little slippy at the beggining of practice if your hands are very dry but grip should activate quickly.
  • What materials you use?
    PRO MAT Pro mats are made from natural, 100% biodegradable tree rubber base and polyurethane top. Mats have smooth surface which gives a perfect grip. Two layers are bonded together with heat bonding process which eliminates the need of toxic glues. A 4mm thickness gives great support for your body. The mat is wider and longer than standard mats as we believe it's important to have even more space to grow! STUDIO MAT​Studio mats are made from natural, 100% biodegradable tree rubber base and microfibre top. TRAVEL MAT​Travel mats are made from natural, 100% biodegradable tree rubber base and microfibre top. The mats are only 1.5mm thick which makes them perfect for travel as they can be folded, rolled - you name it mat will do it! They are extra light and have a soft top layer made of a microfibre material which works according to moisture – the sweatier you get, the more grip you’ll have. Because it's only 1,5mm thick we don't advise using it on very hard surfaces.
  • How to clean Pro Mats?
    WUUFLY Pro mats are anti-microbial in nature so you need not worry about any kind of fungus growing on it if it gets sweaty. Here are some cleaning methods which you can use to keep your mat extra fresh.To clean your Pro Mat stick to a moist towel wipe-down and hang dry after each practice to avoid moisture buildup. Occasionally, you can use the baking soda and water mix to do a deep clean. We would advise not to soak the Pro mat and use essential oils on it as it will detract from the stickiness of your mat over time.
  • How to clean Studio and Travel mats?
    Studio and Travel mats are very easy to maintain. The mats are also anti-microbial in nature so you need not worry about any kind of fungus growing on it if it gets sweaty. To clean your Studio or Travel Mat use a mixture of water and apple cider vinegar or baking soda or a drop of dish liquid to spray and wipe your new mat. If you want to go one step further add a few drops of your favourite essential oils!
  • How do I return my product(s)?
    We give 28 days for returns and exchanges. It's possible to exchange for different model and colour. ​ Return and exchange process is the same. Return you item(s) to us with a return note and we will issue a refund or exchange depending on what you prefer. Due to nature of the item we can only return or exchange items which were not used. Please make sure goods are well packed before sending it so it won't get damaged during the shipment. ​ We do require the parcel to be sent by recorded delivery, as there is an electronic track & trace available. ​ We do not provide free returns. ​ We won't be able to accept any returns where the mat has been unpacked, unrolled and used. We can issue a partial refund if the mat has been unpacked and unused. ​ Please return items in a saleable, unworn and undamaged condition in its original packaging. Once we have received the parcel your return will be processed. Please be advised all refunds can take up to 14 working days to process. After we have processed your refund, you should expect to receive your refund within 28 working days. A confirmation e-mail will be sent once your return has been refunded. Retain the proof of posting until you receive a refund. If you have any further queries, please do not hesitate to contact us. Customer satisfaction is very important to us and we do our best to accept all returns, so make sure you secure the goods properly. Thank you!
  • Where is my order?
    Your order confirmation email is sent automatically after placing your order. If you haven't received and email from WUUFLY please try the following: Try checking your spam folder. Search your email account for your order number or ‘WUUFLY’ Your shipping confirmation email will be sent to you shortly after your order has been shipped.
  • Can I change/ cancel my order?
    If you change your mind about your purchase, you have the option to cancel your order before you receive your shipping confiramtion e-mail. To change/cancel your order, please email us on wuufly@aol.com.

  • What can I do if my product is faulty?
    All of our products are crafted with an obsessive attention to detail. If in the unlikely event you receive a product that is defective or has a fault, please contact us at wuufly@aol.com for exchange or refund. Please include within your email: A full description of the fault Photographic evidence attached Please report any issues promptly after you receive your product.
  • What payment method do you accept?
    We accept all major debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard) along with PayPal.
  • What can I do if my payment didn’t go through?
    If you are using a debit or credit card, the issue is likely with your bank. Please get in touch with them to resolve the issue or alternatively try using another card or alternative payment method.
  • How to store my mat?
    Wrap the mat, the the top side facing out, and store in a cool dry place or in a WUUFLY Yoga Mat Bag when not in use, away from direct sunlight.
  • Why there are some marks on my Pro mat after using it?
    Please note that our PU yoga mats with anti bacterial top layer material may show marks after some time. While most fresh marks can be wiped away after each practice, some of these marks may not completely disappear after cleaning and drying your mat. This is not due to a fault of the product. Some marks occur as a natural reaction created by pressure on the surface, along with oils from the body after repeated practice. These marks can be more visible on paler coloured mat surfaces. Please note that marks will not affect the performance of your mat including the grip or longevity of the product. These marks are a reminder of your comitement to the practice.
